Choices for Care Rally


at the Capitol


April 5, 2006 at 2:00 pm EST
War Memorial Plaza


DRC will rent a bus for participants and lead a car caravan for those who 
prefer to drive to this event. If you care about improving long term care 
in TN, please come! 
The Rally will feature Dr. Bill Thomas, an international authority on long-
term care, who will show how TN can rise from the bottom and make 
home and community based care available and affordable for all.

Schedule: Depart DRC at 9:00 am
Lunch Stop: 11:00 am (Crossville)
Arrive at rally: 1:30 pm
Return: app. 6:00 pm


Please bring your own breakfast, water, snacks. 
(Lunch will be provided.)


If you would like to have a choice of whether to live in a nursing home, or 
receive services to stay in your own home, inform the governor and your TN 
representative. Visit www.choices for care.org to sign a postcard to the 
Governor. There are hard copies at DRC.
